Call Management

Syn248 SB35020 Deskset User’s Guide

Back to Contents

Call Management Using a Headset

You can use a corded or cordless headset with the SB35020 Deskset if it is plugged into
the jack on the back of the Deskset. The cordless headset must provide its own wireless
radio.

To use a Headset:



From Idle mode or during a call, press the

HEADSET

key.

If you have a headset connected and turned on, then the headset becomes
active.



To return audio to the Deskset (speakerphone or handset), press the

HEADSET

key.

You cannot use the Deskset

HEADSET

key to control the audio of headsets.
