Unable to access the WebUI Log-in page from my computer.
Changes made in the WebUI are not saved.
Probable Cause
Corrective Action
The computer is not
connected to the same
subnet (network) as the
Deskset, and the subnets are
not set up to communicate.
Verify the IP address. You must correctly enter
the IP address of your Deskset into your Internet
browser’s address bar. At the Deskset, press
MENU
–>
4
to see the
IP address
displayed in
the third line of the information.
Ensure that there is a network cable attached to
the
port on the Deskset and to the LAN. If
a PC at the same workstation is sharing the LAN
connection, attach a network cable to your
computer’s Ethernet port and to the PC port on
the back of the Deskset.
Confirm that your computer and your Deskset are
on the same subnet so that they can talk to each
other. Check that the first three sections of each
IP address are the same. If they are not, they may
not be connected to the same subnet. Contact
the installer; the subnets may not be set up to
communicate.
