Delete all old messages

Use this feature to delete old (reviewed) messages. You cannot delete new
messages until you review them. You cannot retrieve deleted messages.

When the telephone is idle, press

Record and play memos

Memos are messages you can record for yourself or the people in your
household. Memos are saved, played, and deleted exactly like incoming
messages. Each memo can be up to four minutes. Memos shorter than
one second are not recorded. If there is no recording time left, the system
announces, “

”
