Temperature correction
values Based on the temperature correction table for sucrose.
For 15 to 40℃, ICUMSA (International Committee of Unified Method of Sugar
Analysis) values are used.
For 5 to 15℃ or 40 to 100℃, the values obtained at the ATAGO laboratories are
used.
The temperature correction values for sucrose can be multiplied by any factor in
the range of 0.80 to 5.00.
