– completing the cooking of large quantities;
– defrosting firm vegetables (French beans, for example).
Use the lowest settings for:
– simmering
bouillon;
– stewing
pears;
– preparing
meat
stew;
– completing
the
cooking
of
dishes;
– braising
vegetables.
