• After powering up the unit, the first task is to select the item to be peeled. The available items are

displayed in sequence on the Menu using the [ ] and [

] buttons.

When the desired item is displayed, select it with the start/stop button.

• Specific settings of peeling thickness and spin speed for each item are saved.
