9. Holding Prongs
1) Types of holding prongs
• The prongs come in XS, S, M and L sizes, with diff erent colored bases to distinguish them from
each other.
• Prongs come in four diff erent shapes.
• There are a total of twelve individual prongs available. Each is designed for specifi c varieties of
fruits/vegetables, consistencies and sizes.
