REPLAY DOUBLE BIT LOCK
To guarantee the maximum safety, the package containing
the replay keys has been sealed;
in case of tampering please contact the supplier.
FIRST LOCK CODING
All the operations described next must be done with the door
opened. The first coding must be done with original keys and not
with some copies which could damage the nucleo. The Replay
nucleo has to be in neutral position (see image below).
Try all the keys when the door is opened.
CODING CHANGE
IMPORTANT WARNING
All the operations must be done with the door opened.
The reprogramming operation must be done with the key that must
be changed and only with an original key.
Use a 4 mm screwdriver.
During the operations do not force the coding-change pivot, nor the
key.
HOW TO CHANGE THE CODING
The Replay nucleo must have been programmed already (make
sure the coding-change pivot is vertical).

1 - Put the key in the lock from the external side of the door and
turn it opening wise until the latch is inside the lock.
2 - With a screwdriver press and rotate the coding-change pivot
vertically.
1 - Make sure that the new key has the same code of the key you
are replacing (see image).
2 - Disassemble the handle back-plate and remove the cover, if
there is any, to access the pivot of coding-change. With the door
opened insert the original key (that must be replaced) from the
external side and rotate it opening wise until the latch is completely
inside the lock.
3 - Keeping the key in the above position, press and rotate the pivot
of the coding-change closing-wise with a screwdriver, until the
lock blocks. Do not force (see image below).
TRY ALL THE KEYS WITH
THE DOOR OPENED

TEMPORARY BUILDING KEY
Follow the steps:
First lock coding, for the temporary building key functioning.
Lock coding change, for the final keys functioning.
ATTENTION: once the screwdriver is removed, the pivot of
encryption-change must return to the initial position; in case it
doesn't, repeat the operation. Remove the key that must be replaced.
4 - Put in the new key from the external side of the leaf and turn it
opening-wise until the latch is completely inside the lock. With a
screwdriver press and rotate the pivot of the coding-change
vertically (see image below).
5 - Turn the new key closing-wise and make sure it opens and
closes correctly.
NUCLEO REPLACEMENT
Remove the old nucleo, disassemble the
internal handle plate and unscrew the
screws (4); open the sealed box with the
new nucleo (1) and place it in the
housing (2) of the lock (3), with a key
put in (to prevent it from falling
inside the leaf), and fix it with
screws (4).
