Ethernet Interface
This selection toggles between ETH1, or ETH2, or any of the six VLAN interfaces on each, to indicate which
interface to use for the PPP connection. The default setting is ETH1.
Ethernet to WAN Settings
The feature allows port ETH2 to operate as a WAN port in the sense that it routes and NATs traffic arriving on
ETH1 that is not destined for the unit out ETH2.
SiteBoss 571 - Ethernet to WAN Settings
A) ETH2 WAN Routing Enable [OFF]
ETH2 WAN Routing Enable
This is an ON/OFF toggle to enable ETH2 to WAN routing. The default setting is OFF.
Note: Just enabling ETH2 WAN Routing is not enough to route traffic out ETH2. You must also configure
basic network settings for ETH2, as well as the default route or static routes. Configure the default router to be
that of ETH2, or configure static routes for specific packet destinations of packets arriving on ETH1 to be
routable via ETH2.
Web Login Forwarding Settings
Web Login Forwarding is a feature where the unit will automatically forward a web UI login to another networked
device (via a separate Ethernet port) via port forwarding.

Route 1 - 4
Each of the four options opens a sub-menu for configuring the settings to reach the device to be logged into.
Ingress Destination Port
This selection sets the TCP port for the inbound connection that will be forwarded. The default is port 8080.
Egress Destination IP Address
This sets the destination IP address of forwarded traffic leaving the unit (in other words, the IP address of the other
device to be logged into).
Egress Destination Port
This option
sets the destination TCP port of forwarded traffic leaving the unit. Default is port 80.
Inactivity Timeout
This sets range of time (1 to 255 minutes) during which no activity on the port forwarded connection will cause the
connection to be terminated. The default is 5 minutes.
