1.3 Features
These boards are not compatible with standard PCIe-based systems but are designed
specifically for use in the MaxCore™ platform.The following are the main features of the
SharpStreamer Pro:

PCIe full length, full height card 12.3 in x 4.4 in (312mm x 111.15mm)

The PCIE-7210 uses the Intel® Xeon® 2 GHz processor as accelerators

The PCIE-7211 uses the Intel® Xeon® 3 GHz processors

Two 10 Gigabit Ethernet controllers for interprocessor communication (82599)

Two DDR4 SODIMM modules connect to each Intel® Xeon® processor with 8 GB
memory
Each CPU Complex consists of:

One uSD card slot supporting up to 32 GB

One USB 2.0 port on faceplate

One common serial console interface on faceplate

One on-board SATA SSD supporting up to 128 GB

One 1 GbE interface connected to each PCH for MaxCore communication (I210)
1.4 Software Overview
The software is delivered in the form of software components. These software components
contain necessary binaries, utilities, and tools to enable the SharpStreamer Pro card function
as a management CPU (mCPU) or an application CPU (aCPU) for upgrading firmware and for
media transcoding. See
