Incompatible firmware loaded on microprocessors.
„L07 Supply fault‟
The inverter auxiliary power not working properly
„L10 GFCI fault‟
Inverter differential fault.
„L11 CONT_INV KO‟
Relay fault.
„L12 CONT_GRD KO‟
„L09 GFCI leakage‟
Attempts to reconnect run out because of a ground
leakage.
Check the system.
„L15 FW error‟
The DSP have performed an operating error.
Manually start the inverter (see

paragraph). If this
does not work, contact technical assistance.
„L16 OFF command‟
The inverter has received a remote shutdown
command. It remains in this state until receiving an
unlock command (remote or manual).

„L17 ADC fault‟
Analogue readings reference fault. Contact technical assistance.
„L18 Vac mismatch‟
Grid voltage reading does not match between the
two microprocessors.

does not work, contact technical assistance.
„L19 Fac mismatch‟
Grid frequency reading does not match between the
two microprocessors.
„L20 Igf mismatch‟
Leakage current reading does not match between
the two microprocessors.
„L21 Autotest KO‟
The autotest procedure was not successful: one or
more thresholds or response times were incorrect.
Repeat autotest.
„L28 Iac sens. KO‟
Output current sensor fault. Contact technical assistance.
E
FFICIENCY AND POWER LIMITATION
The inverter limits its output power in the following situations:
PV generator power exceeds maximum inverter power
MPP current on the PV generator is higher than the “Max. input current”. See “Figure 1” in the Appendix.
The grid voltage is less than the “Minimum voltage at rated power”. In this case, the inverter limits output current to
“Max. output current”.
Inverter temperature exceeds the “Rated power temperature range”: in this case, the inverter reduces the output power.
In the cases provided for by local regulations: see the „INFORMATION‟ menu paragraph.
In all the aforementioned cases, the yellow LED lights up on the inverter.
