Introduction
Introduction
All elements of material transport of ARISTOMAT SL cutter are described
in this manual.
Material winding systems
ARISTO offers various roll material holders. There are
motorized unwind and wind systems to handle light and
heavy weight rolls of material.
Vacuum systems
For film / material hold down on the cutter table ARISTO
offers vacuum systems with various selectable vacuum
zone layouts. Selective zone activation provides optimal
vacuum hold down for any application. Suction cups
secure the material against slip during material advance.
Conveyor
An air permeable conveyor belt runs over the entire work
area of the ARISTOMAT and at the same time serves as
underlay while cutting. Conveyor clamps at each end of
the bridge move the conveyor belt during material advance
Boardlifter
For the automated volume production, ARISTO offers
the new Boardlifter. He loads rigid board materials up to
10 mm of thickness automatically onto the machine from
a pallet or stack.
