Static Agents List
This page stes the static agent extension.
click the “Right” button from the available extension to move to the selected extension list
to be the fixed agent extension, and then press the “Left” button to move to the list of
available extensions to cancel the agent and press “Up/Down”. The "key" can move the
extension's ranking order.

At this page sets the working parameters of the incoming call on queue and the voice
prompt.

Maximum Wait Time
Unlimited.
15 seconds to 20 minutes Starting from 15 seconds, one option
every 15 seconds, up to 20 minutes.
Maximum Callers
0~50 callers.
Join Empty
Select whether to allow dial-in when the agent does not have
anyone on the line, the options are as follows
:
No Not allowed.
Yes Allowed.
