The general setting section is used to set the basic operating parameters of the incoming

call queue, which are described as follows:

Queue Name

Tne name of incoming call on queue.

Queue Number

Tne number of incoming call on queue.

Queue Password

Tne log in password of incoming call on queue.

CID Name Prefix

The prefix code added to the name of the caller when transferring

the call to the agent extension.

Fail Over Destination

This page sets the system should handle subsequent calls when the call is not finished

normally (the caller has not hung up the call).
