At this page sets the extension to be paged by the group. Up to 6 extensions can be set.

The page descriptions as below

None

non selected extension.

Paging All KeyPhone & External Speaker.

Paging External Speaker.

Paging All KeyPhone.

others

paging all of extensions number.

Note:

If you selected to use Paging All KeyPhone, the other 5 extensions, you only need to

select FXS port stand-alone or SIP extension. In addition, when paging a single unit, a single

chance rings, and the paging voice can be heard after the response.

Paging All KeyPhone & External Speaker, Paging External Speaker, Paging All KeyPhone

These three options will only be displayed if there is a Paging Port.

Delete the Paging Group

Select the checkbox in front of the paging group in the list and click the “Delete” button to

delete the paging group. If you selected the checkbox in the header field, all paging groups will

be deleted.

IVR

The page shows all auto-attendant voice prompt (IVR) pages, with 20 records per page.

Click the “ADD” button to add auto attendant voice prompt. Click the “Edit” button in the
extension list to edit the auto-attendent voice prompt. Click the page number button above the
list to shift the auto-attendent voice prompt data of clicked pages.
