System Forwarding Settings
The user can set or cancel the forward settings of the extension in this page, or use the
phone to directly operate the function code to operate the settings or cancel the forward
settings. The field description is as follows
:
DND(Do Not Disturb)
Enable/Disable.
Forward ALL to Extension
Forward all incoming calls to this extension
directly to this extension.
Forward Busy to Extension
When the extension is busy, forward the call to
this extension.
Forward No Answer to Extension
Forward incoming calls to this extension when
the extension is no answered.
Forward Busy or No Answer to Extension Forward incoming calls to this extension when
the extension is busy or no answered.
Forward to Speed Dialing Location
Directly dial all calls to this extension forward to
this speed dial group.
Forward All to VM
Forward all incoming calls to this extension
directly to voicemail. There are two options: yes
or no.
Forward Busy to VM
When the extension is busy, the call is
forwarded to voicemail. There are two options:
yes or no.
Forward N/A to VM
When the extension does not answer, the call is
forwarded to voicemail. There are two options:
yes or no.
Forward Busy or N/A to VM
When the extension is busy or no one answers,
the call is forwarded to voicemail. There are two
options: yes or no.

Disable the Follow Me
To select in front of the extension in the list and click the “Disable” button to cancel the
forward function of the extension. The original settings will not be cleared. To re-enable the
forward function, the user only needs to enter the edit page again to select enable and submit.
