Troubleshooting
Problems

No display, no back light
The power did not connect
properly
Use the approved batteries, and
only use the battery charger
approved by the phone producer,
reconnect the jack.
After dialing, the call does
not establish.

Network or signal issue

SIM or SIP carrier credit

Call again, if the issue
persists, use the red button to
restart the phone.

Recharge the SIM, contact the
carrier.

Enter the SIM card pin code
or erase it.
No display, but the back
light may be flashing.
Battery power is low.
Use the USB cable to charge the
battery.
If the battery will not charge,
contact the supplier for a
replacement.
Noise when speaking to
people, or they hear
static.
Possible network signal
strength issue, or VoIP carrier
sends a low bandwidth voice
stream.
The antenna may not be
installed correctly.
Relocate the phone to test if the
signal strength is better.
Check the signal strength in the
About menu (RSSI).
Check the antenna is not cross
threaded. Re-install the antenna.
Contact the VoIP Carrier.
SIM card error
SIM card not inserted
properly.
Possibly out of credit.
Adjust the SIM card, ensuring that
it is installed as per instructions.
