Answering the call
When the phone is ringing:
1.
Pick up the handpiece, or Press the speakerphone key (11).
1.1.
If the call is picked up from the handpiece, press the speakerphone key then place
the handpiece back onto the hook, to continue in hands-free mode.
1.2.
If the call is picked up in hands-free mode, lift the handpiece to change to handset
mode. No other action is necessary.
Note: When a VoIP call is in progress and a call comes in over the cellular network, the
display will alert you. Press the arrow keys left and right (8) to accept or reject the cellular
call.
Ending the call
1.
In handset mode, put the handpiece onto the hook.
2.
Or, if in hands-free mode, press the speakerphone key (11).
3.
Or, press the ESC key (4).
4.
Or press the red power key (10).
Rejecting the call
1.
When there is an incoming call, press up and down arrow keys (8) to switch to the reject
icon from the menu displayed as the phone is ringing.
2.
Once selected, press OK to reject the call.
Mute, Hold, Add call
The
Mute
function is available during a call by pressing the MUTE button (2), or by pressing
the OK key and selecting Mute from the available options.
Repeat the process to unmute the call.
