NetDSL 1700 Version 5.2 Get Started User’s Guide

For either true/false condition, the following packet dispositions can 
be set:

Pass

: automatically pass through the router.

Restrict

: pass only if there is an available connection.

Discard

: packet is blocked and discarded .

Pass to next filter

: packet goes to the next filter in sequence.

The IP Packet Filtering allows for up to 32 sequential filters, and 
each filter can be set to examine source packets, destination 
packets, or both.
