ACCESSORIES

See Figures 1 - 2.

To connect a slip lock accessory:



Insert misting tube into slip lock accessory. Once the tube
has been fully inserted, it will automatically lock in place.



Pull on the slip lock accessory to be certain it is properly
secured.

To remove a slip lock accessory:



Push the misting tube and inner ring toward the slip lock
accessory to disengage the lock.



While holding the inner ring against the slip lock accessory
with one hand, pull the misting tube out with the other.

NOTE:

Follow the steps above to remove slip lock

accessories. Excessive pulling without fully depressing the
inner ring can damage the accessory.

ASSEMBLY

ASSEMBLING THE MISTING KIT

See Figures 1 - 9.

To ensure the product functions properly, always flush and
test the system for leaks before use.

To flush system and test for leaks:



Attach slip lock hose adaptor to large misting tube.



With the hose faucet turned completely off, attach a
garden hose (not provided) to the slip lock hose adaptor
and hand tighten.

NOTE:

The slip lock hose adaptor has been shipped with

an o-ring inside it. Ensure the o-ring has remained in the
adaptor.



Using a slip lock connector attach a small misting tube
to the large misting tube. Continue connecting small
misting tubes to the assembly using the remaining slip
lock connectors.

NOTE:

Install the slip lock connector without a fitting to

the end of the assembly.



Turn faucet on and allow water to run through the garden
hose and misting tube assembly for 30 seconds to wash
away any debris. Then turn faucet off.



Insert end plug into the final slip lock connector without
a fitting.



Install drain valve and nozzles into the slip lock connectors
with fitting. Install the drain valve into the slip lock
connector with fitting farthest from the slip lock hose
adaptor.

NOTE:

Do not disassemble the drain valve.



Turn faucet on fully and allow water to run through the
garden hose and misting tube assembly to pressurize the
unit.

 NOTE:

Make sure the faucet is turned on fully and that

there are no kinks or leaks in the misting tube assembly.



Check each connection and fitting on the misting tube
assembly for leaks. If leaks are present, refer to the

Troubleshooting

 section later in the manual.

NOTE:

It is normal for water to spray from the drain valve

when the hose faucet is initially turned on. The valve will
close once the misting tube assembly has been properly
pressurized.

To prepare system for use:



Turn faucet off and disconnect the misting tube assembly
from the garden hose.

NOTE:

Make sure the o-ring remains in the adaptor.



Attach the slip lock hose adaptor to the threaded end of
the T-filter.

NOTE:

The open side of the T-Filter has an o-ring inside

it. Ensure the o-ring has remained in T-filter.
