Tools & recommended spare parts:

- Antistatic Work place

- Phillips screw driver
- 5,5 mm Hex driver
- 2,5 mm Hex driver
- 1,5 mm Hex driver

Procedure:

1.

Dismantle Main PCB

2.

Dismantle pump block

3.

Dismantle Stop Flow Mechanism

4.

Remove AIL adaptor and transparent foil over air in line detector plate

5.

Loosen two fixing screws

6.

Remove white plastic part

7.

Remove front PCB together with air detector plate, make sure the Hall sensor is not
bent or damaged.

8.

Unsolder air detector plate (short circuit before to prevent damage of front PCB)

9.

solder new detector plate (also short circuit)

10.

Reassemble pump in reverse order
