Changing Display PCB and Front Foil

Tools & recommended spare parts:

- Antistatic work place

- Phillips screw driver
- Display PCB programmed

- Front Foil DATA

Procedure:

1.

Dismantle door

2.

Loosen screws on display PCB

3.

Lift off display PCB from front housing. LCD sometimes sticks to the front foil. If the
display PCB is to be exchanged, unsolder the Air in Line detector cables.

4.

To guide the light to the front foil symbol, the white plastic parts are mounted to the
PCB. These are fixed with double sided tape and can be removed and transferred
to the new display PCB.

5.

The contrast of the LCD can be adjusted in the setup mode on address 9.
