Remote Play Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble with Remote Play, run Remote Play Diagnostics by:
1. Go into the
Setup Menu
.
2. Select
Diagnostics
.
3. Select
Remote Play Diagnostics
.
4. Select
Start Test
.
This simple test will test every aspect of remote play from connection status to cameras.

Possible Result
Possible Solution
Remote Play
Online or Offline
If the result is Offline this means you are unable to play remotely.
One or more of the tests below has failed as well. If they are suc-
cessfull, it may be a server issue, give us a call.
Ranked Play
Online or Offline
If the result is Offline this means ranked play isn’t working. One
or more of the tests below has failed as well. If they are success-
full, it may be a server issue, give us a call.
Registration
Not Registered
This generally means that the machine is not listed in
LeagueLeader. More specifically, the screen ID. Make sure the
screen ID is in the location then Generate Files.
Server Status
FAILED
This generally means failure to connect to the internet. Could be a
router or modem problem. Double check all your connections and
settings. Try to Perform Update. This will give you more informa-
tion on if its connectiing to the internet. If possible, use a Laptop
to try the internet. This should lead you in the right direction.
Connection Status
FAILED
This is another check for the internet. Follow the same trouble
shooting procedure as
Server Status
.
Remote Play Enabled on LeagueLeader FAILED
This means that the option Remote Play is not selected under the
specific location in LeagueLeader. Check it then Generate files.
Perform Update.
Cameras
FAILED
One or both cameras aren’t working. This usually means they need
to be reseated. Remove power to the machine and reseat the
Orange and White USB cables on the main board. Restore power.
You can also check the cameras by going into any casual mode
game.
Full Access
FAILED
Not required for remote play access. Requires additional setup in
the location’s router. A port must be open in order to pass this test.
