RMC
Graphic User Interface (PC terminal):
It is recommended to use the Internet Explorer as web browser.
The upper part of the PC terminal displays the front of the RMC and shows the 8 Alarm
channels as well as the RMC display. In the lower part, a list of the last 15 events is shown,
the latest event being listed at the top. Events caused by an alarm are written in red,
acknowledgements and other events in black. The main page is renewed every 60 seconds
or by a new event. In case of a reboot the list of events is erased and
“RMC Reboot”
appears.
Set time and date:
In consideration of the environment and to avoid unnecessary maintenance the RMC has a
calendar clock without backup battery. Each time the RMC starts up the time and date is set
to 1980-01-01 00:00:00 and starts counting. All events will be stored with this temporary time
and date. After the first web login, time and date is set by the calling computer. The RMC
calculates the time difference and adds this to all stored events. At each login the time and
date is set again. The time calculation occurs only once at start up. The calendar clock never
needs to be set manually.
