Wire Size Guidelines
The following table provides a guide to the current carrying capability (ampacity) of Metric
and AWG wire sizes. Metric sizes are expressed as a cross sectional area (CSA) in square
millimeters. If in doubt regarding the rating of a cable or wire, consult your cable supplier.
