9  Recipes and Examples for Pre-set Function 

 

NOTE

: Refer to the front page and scan the QR code to access over 150 Recipes. 

 

9.1  P02 (Knead)- Pasta Dough 

375g plain flour  

60g olive oil  

4 eggs 

Good pinch of salt 

 

1.  Attached Kneading Blade 

2.  Place all ingredients into cooking jar and then select KNEAD (program 02) and start. 

3.  When the program has finished, cover with cling wrap and leave to rest at room temperature 

for at least 30 minutes 

4.  Roll or cut into desired shape and cook as per recipe  

 

Note

: Final texture may vary due to size of eggs used-slightly more flour may be needed to 

achieve desired dough. 

 

9.2  P03 – (Crush) Strawberry and Banana Smoothie 

 

100g banana, frozen 

100g strawberry, frozen 

150ml milk of choice 

1tsp maple syrup 

 

1.  Attach Chopping Blade 

2.  Place all ingredients to jar then select CRUSH (program 03) and start. 

3.  If required run program again for 30 seconds until the ingredients are smooth. Scrape down 

the sides of the jar after every 30 seconds. 

 

9.3  P04 – (Chop) Coriander and Cashew Pesto 

 

150g cashews 

2 bunches coriander, leaves and stems 

2 cloves garlic, peeled 

2tsp curry paste 

1tbsp lime juice 

2tsp sugar or agave syrup 

2tsp soy sauce 

1 red cayenne chilli (optional) 

½ cup grapeseed oil 

salt 

 

1.  Attach Chopping Blade 

2.  Place all ingredients, except oil, in the jar then select CHOP (program 04) for one minute. 

3.  Scrape down the sides of the jar

 

then select CHOP (program 04) for one minute more whilst 

slowly pouring oil through the hole in the lid. 

4.  Adjust seasoning to taste.
