MAXXﬂ o EVO

MAKE ADJUSTMENTS IN 1/8 TURN STAGES AND WAIT ONE MINUTE BETWEEN EACH

ADJUSTMENT

If you are experiencing CO readings that exceed 200 ppm after 30 minutes of burner operation,
please

rst check that your gas analyser is functioning correctly and then contact Andrews Water

Heaters on the customer support number given on the rear cover of this manual, for advice

•

With the door of the heating closed and secured with the two clips. Keep the water heater temperature
below 70

C (by opening water outlets). Check the total gas consumption ﬁ gure using the following table:

•

The gas consumption must be within 5% of the gross kW input value of the data plate

•

When the adjustments are complete, disable the chimney sweep function and wait until the heat
generator stops before continuing (see Figure below).

•

Remove the gas analyser and replace the rubber bung in the ﬂ ue sample point

•

Replace the throttle screw cover
