Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The
unloading
platform is not
moving.
The hydraulic hoses have not been connected
to the tractor properly.
Check that the hydraulic
hoses are connected prop-
erly.
The ball valve is closed.
Open the ball valve.
There is too much weight at the front of the
bale carrier.
Push the bales toward the
back.
Bale carriers with optional brakes: The bale
carrier brakes are engaged and are preventing
the bale carrier from moving.
Disengage the bale carrier
brakes before unloading.
The loading arm
is not extending
(RBM2000).
There is an electrical, connection or sensor
problem.
Check that the wiring and
connections are in good con-
dition.
Check that the travel limit
sensors on the loading arm
are in good condition.
The arm is at less than a 45° angle.
Raise the arm to 45°.
