Figure 30 — Stored Safety Stand
To set up the safety stand:
1. Raise the platform until there is enough space to insert the stand.
2. Place the stand on the cylinder rod, as shown in Figure 31.
3. Insert the locking pin in the hole and insert the cotterpin to keep it in place.
4. Slowly lower the platform until its weight is resting on the stand.

Ensure that you do not crush the stand.
