3. During the progress the shown screen appears;
the magnets are moved out.
4. After the magnets were moved out the ' Tools ' are
displayed again.
Note!
The option ' Magnet out ' is a tool of the InnuPure C12, which is needed for
necessary cleaning purposes ( → " Cleaning", p. 37). To reach the initial state of
the device again, initialize the InnuPure C12 by using the option ' Init ' ( →
"Initialization", p. 23)
7.4 Performance of an isolation routine
Note
Please read the instruction manual of the purification kit carefully, to find the
right purification routine in dependence on the starting material!
After switching on the InnuPure C12 is initialized automatically. Wait until a
beep is audible, before starting any isolation protocol!
Before starting an isolation protocol the pre-loaded tray (
→ "Preparation of the
sample tray" p. 17) has to be pushed to the device into the correct position ( →
"Position of the sample tray" p. 18)!
ENTER/Start 1. Choose ' Protocol list ' inside the main menu and
press [ENTER/Start] to open the list, which
contains the pre-installed isolation protocols
The list is opened and the shown screen appears.
2. Switch to the preferred isolation protocol by using
the cursors up [

] or down [

] .
3. Select and start the isolation protocol by pressing
[ENTER/Start] .
