ADSP-BF561 EZ-KIT Lite Evaluation System Manual

USB Monitor LED (LED4)

The USB monitor LED (

LED4

) indicates that USB communication has

been initialized successfully and you may connect to the processor using a
Vi+ EZ-KIT Lite session. This should take approximately 15
seconds. If the LED does not light, try cycling power on the board and/or
reinstalling the USB driver.

When Vi+ is actively communicating with the EZ-KIT
Lite target board, the LED can flicker, indicating communications
handshake.

User LEDs (LED12–5, LED20–13)

Sixteen LEDs are connected to the ADSP-BF561 processor’s programma-
ble flags. Eight LEDs labeled

are controlled by

programmable flags

(equivalent to

PPI0 D15–8
