4.5.6 Quench Rate Manual Mode (Quench M)
The configuration for this quench rate mode is almost identical with the
following exceptions:
1) There is no die scaling factor to configure.
2) There is now a unit of distance to select as either metres or feet.
(Default = meters)
3) There is also a speed value depending up on the unit selected above.
0.01 to 3.00 m/s in 0.01 steps or 0.01 to 9.99 ft/s in 0.01 steps.
All other parameters are configured in exactly the same way as detailed in
Section 4.5.5.
If all was configured correctly then either configure the other maths function
if required or select the Exit option from the current menu.
Select the Save and Exit option to store your configuration.
The Quench M maths function is now configured.
If the configured maths function is currently not being displayed then the
display hot key will need to be used to select the required maths function.
