Front tank

DANGER

Couple the front tank to the tractor before filling.

Empty the front tank before uncoupling from the tractor.

Before filling, check which metering roller is attached. If required,
change the metering roller!

•

Recommended: Polyurethane metering roller

•

Fill the front tank in accordance with the front tank's operating
manual.

8.22.1

Installing/removing the metering roller

1. Remove the linch pin (Fig. 172/2)

(Only required with filled hoppers to close
the hopper with the shutter (Fig. 172/1).

2. Push the slider (Fig. 173/1) into the dosing

unit up to the stop.

The shutter seals the hopper. Fertiliser
cannot pout out inadvertently when the
dosing roller is being replaced.
