Coulter tips 

 

When changing from maize seed to beet/turnip seed, the coulter tips 
on the contour sowing unit should be exchanged (see section "Check 
/ exchange the seeding coulter tips", Seite 189). The required coulter 
tips can be found in the table (Fig. 112).

Blower fan speed 

A pressure gauge (Fig. 113/1) in the tractor 
cabin shows the vacuum of the suction fan. 

The fan speed of the suction fan is correctly set 
when the pointer of the pressure gauge is in the 
middle of the green scale area (Fig. 113/2), i.e. 
between 65 and 80 mbar. 

The setting of the fan speed is done

with the PTO shaft drive  
(see section "PTO blower fan drive", Seite 
117) 

•

 

with the hydraulic drive 
(see section "Hydraulic blower fan drive", 
Seite 118).
