ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
■
Push the axle (9) with the wheel mounted on it
(10) into the support tube (11). Attach the wheel
(12) at the other end and secure with split pin
(13).
■
Insert carriage bolts (2) from the inside in the two
slits in the swivel axle (1) and secure with a
spring washer (3) and nut (4)._Push the carriage
bolts (2) to the outer edge.
■
Pull out swivel axle (1) until it catches in place
and fix to the flange plate (5) by pushing the two
carriage bolts (2) in.
■
Attach swivel axle (1) with the screws (6), spring
washers (7) and the nuts (8). Tighten up all the
nuts (4, 8).
■
Warning!
To ensure stability all the screws must
be mounted.
■
Lift the mixer on the lever side. Pull out swivel
foot (14) until it catches in place and secure with
the screw (15), the spring washer (16) and nut
(17). Tighten up both nuts on the swivel foot.
Note:
Set up the mixer securely on a firm, level
foundation.
FOLDING IN THE UNDERCARRIAGE

Detach the screws (15) and (6). Fold in the swivel
foot. Unscrew the carriage screws (2), push out
of the sides of the flange plate (5) and fold the
swivel axle in. The mixer can be moved with the
undercarriage folded in.
CONNECTING AND STARTING
THE MIXER UP
■
Observe safety precautions.
■
If using a cable reel, unwind the cable.
■
The shockproof connection must be splash proof.
■
Make sure that the plug on the connecting cable
is securely attached in the switch-plug unit.
■
Always switch the mixer on and off with the
rocker switch in the switch-plug unit under the
motor casing.
OPERATION
■
With the aid of the hand lever bring the mixer into
the correct mixing position.
To tilt slightly
= release the lever
To tilt back
= catch the lever in place
Mortar is mixed in the more vertical inclination “M”.
Slightly moist to plasticized concrete is produced in
the more horizontal drum inclination “B”.
■
The drum can be fixed in the “E” positions when
emptying it.
■
Always fill and empty the mixer when the drum is
running
■
First put a part of the water into the drum, then
half of the sand or gravel, followed by the aggre-
gate (i.e. cement). After this the remaining water
and the other half of the sand or gravel. Before
emptying mix for about 1 minute.
■

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
■
Observe the safety precautions.
■
Clean the drum thoroughly inside and out before
any longer interruption of work.
■
Do not wash the motor casing and switch-plug
unit down with water.
■
It is best to scour the inside of the drum clean by
rotating it with a few shovels of gravel and some
water.
■
Scrape off crusts of concrete or mortar from the
outside of the drum before they harden.
■
Before any cleaning by hand (i.e. with a brush)
switch the mixer off and pull out the plug.
■
The mixer is maintenance free. Careful handling
will prolong its life.
REPAIRS
■
Observe safety precautions.
■
Any repairs inside the motor casing should al-
ways be carried out by a specialist who can gua-
rantee that the protective insulation is intact after
the repairs.
■
Lescha original spare parts must be used for re-
placements. They should not be substituted.
GUARANTY
A guaranty is granted for 6 months. It covers mate-
rial and production faults only. Any damage arising
from incompetent handling or non-compliance with
the operating instructions is excluded from the gua-
ranty.
The dated invoice documents guaranty entitlement.
The serial number marked on the name plate of
the unit should also be indicated.
