Step
3
‐
Make
a
note
of
the
exact
servo
orientation
(take
photos
if
necessary),
and
then
dismount
the
servo
which
is
to
be
replaced
by
removing
the
ISO
4762
A2
‐
M2.5
x
16mm
(000000721)
cap
head
bolts.
Step
4
‐
Prepare
a
new
servo
in
accordance
with
Maintenance
Sheet
003
('New
Servo
Preparation').
Note:
the
servo
must
be
of
exactly
the
same
type
as
the
one
being
replaced.
If
a
new
servo
horn
is
required,
then
use
the
information
supplied
in
the
Maintenance
Sheet
018
('Setup
Information')
for
the
UAV
to
prepare
one.
Step
5
‐
Mechanically
install
the
new
servo
and
connect
to
the
electrical
system.
Use
the
photos
you
have
taken
to
aid
correct
installation.
Step
6
‐
Calibrate
the
servo
in
accordance
with
Maintenance
Sheet
007
('General
Servo
Calibration').
The
limits
of
the
Tail
slider
(010164109)
mechanism
must
be
as
detailed
in
ALPHA
800
Setup
Information
specific
to
the
UAV
(see
Maintenance
Sheet
018).
Important:
servo
must
not
push
the
mechanical
limit.
