3.9 Operating the Control Panel (Continued)

3.9.7 Shutdown Mode

TIP:

This is the first mode displayed when the power switch is turned on (Sections 3.2, 3.9.2).

When the LEDs are sequentially flashing, the unit
is in Shutdown mode. The inverter is off but it can
be switched on by pressing the manual start
button (Section 3.9.2). The loads are directly
connected to the line with no line conditioning
provided.

The unit goes into shutdown mode when:

•

The power switch is turned on without

qualified line power present at the input. It
automatically switches to Line mode when
it is.

•

While in Battery mode, the batteries are

almost discharged with only enough
power to keep the unit’s control and moni-
toring circuits active (Section 3.10).
