The conference is established by one user, the conference master, who is the only
person who can call the participants.
If the conference is supervised, the conference master can select the participants
individually.
If the conference is not supervised, the conference master uses predefined lists.
The manual inclusion conference is always supervised and can only be set up from
your terminal if you are equipped with one or more add-on modules.
The other two services can be used without supervision.

Your terminal has access to a system directory of external numbers, using short
codes. Simply dial the short code.

If you ring an internal number and find it busy, you may be able to intrude in the
conversation. This only applies if you have authority to do so, and if that terminal
is not "protected".
If one of the three participants hangs up, the other two remain in contact.
