Disposal
Do not dispose of worn-out machines,
batteries or rechargeable batteries in the
household rubbish!
Packaging, device and accessories are made
of recyclable materials and are to be disposed
of accordingly.
Troubleshooting
Caution!
Before troubleshooting, always switch off the engine and disconnect the spark plug connector.
Problem Solution
Engine does not start. ▪ Add petrol.
▪ Drain old petrol that has been stored and replace with fresh, clean petrol.
▪ Set throttle to "Start".
▪ Open the choke, push the primer button.
▪ Check the spark plugs and replace if necessary.
▪ Charge the starter battery (620E).
For 620E:
Engine does not start or stops during
operation.
▪ Check the circuit protector. If the protector pin is sticking out:

Check the battery and charge with an external charger
if necessary.
„
Press the pin in and restart.
„
Try starting only one time! If the circuit protector triggers again,
contact a customer service workshop.
Does not run smoothly ▪ Contact the customer service workshop.
If problems are not listed in this table or you are unable rectify them yourself, please consult our customer
service department.
Repairs
Repairs may be performed only by qualified workshops.
Have a qualified workshop perform an inspection:

After running onto an obstacle.
„
If the engine stops suddenly.
„
If the auger or impeller is damaged.
