Je nach Beschaffenheit der gefor-
derten Oberfläche kann die Struktur
der gefrästen Fläche durch Versu-
che mit unterschiedlichen Werk-
zeugtypen angepasst werden.

schaftlich zu arbeiten und unnötige
Verschleiss- und Reparaturkosten zu
sparen.

tiquement un contrôle du fraisage.

Vor Beginn jeder Instandsetzung an
der Anlage und deren Antrieben ist
die Anlage gegen unbeabsichtigtes
Einschalten zu sichern. Anlage in
Sicherheits-Nullstellung bringen.

Avant toute réparation sur
l’installation et ses moteurs, préve-
nir toute mise en marche inopinée.
Mettre l’installation en position zéro
de sécurité. Chap. 2.5.
Before beginning any repair
work on the machine and its
drives, make sure that it cannot
be switched on accidentally. Set
the machine to the emergency

Entfernen Sie die Schrauben des Zahn-
riemenschutzes.
Retirez les vis de la protection de la
courroie dentée.
Remove the screws for the gear
belt guard.
Entspannen Sie, wenn notwendig, den
Zahnriemen und entfernen Sie diesen.
Si nécessaire, détendez la courroie
dentée et enlevez-la.
If necessary slacken the belt ten-
sion and remove it.
Die Zahnriemenspannung wird mittels
der Motorenplatte vorgenommen.
On tend la courroie dentée avec la
plaque de moteur.
The gear belt is tensed by means
of the motor plate.
Über die Sechskantmuttern, die sich
ober- und unterhalb der Motorenplatte
befinden, kann der Motor „angehoben“
oder abgesenkt“ werden. Durch das
Anheben oder Absenken des Motors
wird der Zahnriemen gespannt bzw.
gelöst.
Les écrous six pans situés au-dessus
ou au-dessous de la plaque de moteur
permettent de “soulever“ le moteur ou
de l’“abaisser“. Le soulèvement ou
l’abaissement du moteur permettent
de tendre ou de desserrer la courroie
dentée.
The motor can be "raised" or "low-
ered" by means of the hexagonal
nuts above and below the motor
plate. Raising or lowering the motor
tenses the gear belt or slackens it.
