Ethernet Identification Page
Overview
The Identification page contains the basic locating and identity information for the Ethernet port. The
Ethernet Identification page differs slightly from other ports in that it documents the main connection with
the wired network.
Primary Port Selection
Two sets of yes/no options allow you to designate this port as the Primary Port of the AP and select whether
this port adopts the identity of the primary port.
Primary Port
The primary port of this AP is the network port, which determines the AP’s MAC and IP addresses for
most system administration purposes. This is generally the Ethernet port.
