Network Ports
The bottom section of the page provides links to configure and adjust network ports. The Ethernet and

the PC4800 radio port. For each port, three setup pages are available: Identification, Hardware, and
Advanced.
Ethernet
Specifies the type of connector used by the port. The Identification, Hardware, and Advanced links in
the Ethernet row allow you to adjust Ethernet settings.
PC4800
Sets a range of values, specifications, and data rates for the radio port of the AP. The Identification,
Hardware, and Advanced links in the PC4800 row allow you to adjust wireless LAN adapter client
settings.
Identification
Settings for basic port location and identity information, such as the IP address of the port.
Hardware
For Ethernet, the Hardware page allows an administrator to select the Ethernet speed. For the radio
port, the Hardware page provides a wide variety of operating settings for network tuning.
Advanced
Changes the operational status of the port. As an aid in troubleshooting network problems, setting
options on this page can be helpful in making temporary changes in device status.
