8. Fogging Mixture:
Principally preparations of the chemical industry and biological products, which
can be mixed either with water or with oily carrying mediums, can be fogged.
Carrying mediums for fogging are:
• for preparations miscible with water:
1.
pure water
2.
special fog carriers, e.g. glycerin, glycols
3.
white oils with suitable emulgators
4.
a mixture of 1. and 2. or 1. and 3.
• for preparations miscible with oil:
5.
diesel oil, heating oil or kerosene
6.
white oils and vegetable oils in a viscosity similar to diesel oil
7.
special fog carriers
When fogging indoor, it is essential that fire precaution is taken.
All naked lights must be extinguished and electricity turned off.
It is recommended that with oil-based pesticide formulations not
more than 1 liter per 400m3 be released in order to avoid any
fire risk. A single spark can set off an explosion when more than
1 liter of a formulation containing kerosene is fogged per 300m

The lower the gasoline in the tank, the more pumping strokes are
necessary. Therefore, when possible, always start with a full tank.
Make sure that the gasoline volume is sufficient for the intented
period of fogging.
If your appliance is equipped with an emergency cut-off device
(AR9E / AR35E), always check the function of the device in
