1.   Mode of Operation

The Airofog  pulse-jet  thermal  foggers  operate  on  the  principle  of  the  one-sided 
open jet-tube (resonator) with a valve at the inlet side (carburetor) and an open 
outlet (fog outlet).  This pulse-jet system (operating without any moving parts) that 
consists of a carburetor, mixer tube, combustion chamber and resonator, consti-
tutes an acoustical oscillation system at an optimum frequency.  

At the end of the resonator, fogging solution is injected in the air stream emerging 
at high velocity, and is dispersed into the finest aerosol droplets and distributed into 
a lightly suspended fog.  

The temperature at the point where the fogging solution is fed in is in the range of

C  with  the  solution  being  exposed  to  the  heat  for  not  more  than  4  to  5 

milliseconds.  Therefore heat sensitive substances can also be used.

CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE

AIROFOG MACHINERY CO., LTD. (called AIROFOG) guarantees all 
“Airofog” thermal fogger to be free of defects in materials or workmanship
to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year, on labor and parts 
which are not subject to usual wear.

During this period, AIROFOG will replace and/or repair the parts with mate-

rial and/or manufacturing faults (on the exclusive judgement of our technical 

department) free of charge.

The despatch and return expenses will be paid by the customer.

The guarantee does not cover any damage occurred during transport or by 

incorrect handling, tempering, improper use, the use of non-recommended 

products and so on.

Under no circumstances will AIROFOG be liable for damages due to 

improper use or application.  Under no circumstances will AIROFOG be 

responsible for damages done to any property or persons.
