15. BURNER COMMISSINING
Refer to the manufacturer's instructions burner.
Warranty applies provided that the combustion analysis (if commissioning is not made by us) is
sent back to Aircalo (Mail
with all reference indicated of the nameplate of the
unit).
CAUTION
: For 2-stage or modulating burners, setting the minimum burner output should not be
less than the rated power of the generator in its version of 3Low temperature” (see commercial
leaflet). Generally the minimum temperature rise provided by the generator must always be higher
than 29° C. For lower temperature the condensate drain option is required. Heating cabinet cannot
be used for relative temperature increase smaller than 15°C. (For heating cabinet with option
“Condensation”, the exchanger is made of stainless steel and a condensate water drain pipe is
located at the lowest part of the exchanger).
16. BURNER PENETRATION
Ensure that the penetration inside the burning chamber complies with table below.
Also make sure that the nozzle suit with the nominal power of the generator.

- Minimum penetration burner in the burning chamber is 20 mm.
- The flame length should not exceed 60% of the total depth of burning chamber.
- For devices running with fuel oil, the spray angle nozzles should be 60 °.
