Thermostat
:
It is recommended to place a room thermostat which control the burner.
In case of direct blow without ductwork, locate the thermostat on the cabinet air inlet grill. Its cut-off
point will be adjusted according to the desired ambient temperature.
If the heated rooms are partitioned and distributed by hot air ductwork, have the room thermostat in
an optimum location chosen by the user.
Connecting the room thermostat is made according to the wiring diagram.
CAUTION :
Heat anticipator must be supplied only when the thermostat is in demand (closed contact). It
must not remain energized continuously.
The front of the generator contains electrical cables, drill with screw may damage the cable and
cause short circuits.
11. AIRSTAT SETTING
Index 1 - Fan stop
When the room thermostat do not demand heating, it stops the burner.
Ventilation continues to run in order to cool the burning chamber and exchanger.
The index cut-off fan will stop the fan when the air temperature reach 40°C. Adjustment 35°C
Index 2 - Fan running
Start the fan when the air temperature reaches about
55°C
The difference between the index 1 and 2 should be set between 5°C and 10°C. Setting between
40 and 45°C.
Index 3 - Safety temperature limit stop
Limiting heating blown air.
Burner stops when the air temperature is close to 70°C. Adjustment 75°C.

The airstat is settled at factory on the
devices. It is placed inside a banner at the
top thereof.
The airstat is wired and pre-set at the
factory. The user will have no action to
perform on the regulator.
