Cleaning
Regular cleaning is one of the basic requirements to ensure consistent results of high quality as well as
the safe functioning of the unit.
Keeping the unit clean at all times reduces overall cleaning work and positively influences customers’
purchasing behavior.
Clean the unit daily using the ROG - ROLL’N’GRILL
®
cleaner.
Observe the instructions in the safety data sheets for your own protection.
9.1
Surfaces
9.1.1
Stainless steel
Use approved cleaning and care agents only. Avoid contact with aggressive, strongly abrasive or corro-
sive substances. Observe the supplementary sheet “Care instructions for stainless steel products“ in the
annex to this manual.
9.1.2
Plastic
Use approved cleaning and care agents only. Avoid contact with strongly abrasive or corrosive, aggres-
sive substances or substances containing solvents.
9.1.3
Other
Clean all other surfaces with mild cleaning agents and water.
DANGER!
Risk of fire and explosion
Combustible cleaning agents can ignite if they come into contact with hot surfaces of
the unit.
• Use approved cleaning agents only.
• Please observe the cleaning instructions specified in this manual.
CAUTION!
Malfunction and damage due to improper cleaning
Use of inappropriate cleaning and care agents can cause malfunctions of electrical
systems and flash rust on the surfaces.
• Do not bring electrical cables and connectors into contact with cleaning agents
containing alcohol or surfactant.
• Please observe the cleaning instructions specified in this manual.
CAUTION!
Injuries and material damage due to skidding of the unit
If the unit is placed onto a greasy and/or moist surface, there is a risk of skidding.
• Ensure appropriate substructure.
• Always keep the workplace and the floor space clean and dry.
