Fire and smoke development
Due to the operating temperature, greases and combustible materials can heat up and ignite.
Please observe the following:

Clean the unit regularly.
–
Exchange the grease filter regularly.
–
Do not leave any combustible items, such as wipes or kitchen rolls, near the unit.
3.8.2
Mechanical hazards
3.8.2.1
Sharp edges
There is a risk of injury due to sharp edges of individual components.
Please observe the following:
–
Wear work gloves.
–
Observe cleaning instructions.
3.8.2.2
Rotating grill rollers
Parts of the body can get trapped and drawn in by the rotating grill rollers.
Please observe the following:
–
Do not touch the rotating grill rollers when inserting the food product to be grilled.
–
Tie up long hair.
–
Wear tight-fitting clothing.
–
Keep any objects away from the area of grill rollers.
–
Do not operate the unit without the covers (front and rear) and the supply grate.

Loss of stability
The unit can fall onto the floor during any phase of service life.
Please observe the following:

Select the installation location according to the dimensions from the manual.
–
Securely align the unit by means of adjustment screws on its feet.

Electrical hazards
3.8.3.1
Electric shock
Electric voltage may cause an electric shock.
Please observe the following:

Work on electrical wiring must be performed by specially trained electricians only.
–
Always observe the 5 safety rules when working on electrical systems.
–
Safeguard all supply lines and socket outlets in accordance with the electrical data.
–
Do not operate the unit with open terminal boxes or control panels.
