The unit is a state-of-the-art piece of equipment that has been manufactured according to the acknowl-
edged safety regulations and is therefore safe to operate.

Foreseeable misuse
The unit is not suited for processing food that can become liquid through heat. Meat must contain neither
bone nor gristle. Food products with an artificial envelope or packaging must not be used for grilling.
Use the unit only as described in Chapter "3.5 Intended use" [

Ambient conditions

Danger zones
All areas at and near the unit with an increased degree of hazard are considered danger zones.
Work areas during maintenance can also be danger zones. To ensure your own safety, exercise caution
when working in these areas.

Thermal hazard
3.8.1.1
Grill rollers
Grill rollers become very hot during operation.
Please observe the following:

Keep a sufficient distance from the grill rollers when inserting the food product to be grilled.

Prior to handling the grill rollers (e.g. for cleaning), observe sufficient cooling time and/or wear gloves.

Hot grilled products
Ready grilled products and the liquid oozing out of them are hot.
Please observe the following:

Remove the grilled food very carefully.

Use appropriate implements.
