Démontage
(1) Déposer le godet sur le sol de
manière à ne pas mettre la stabilité
au renversement en danger.
(2) Déverrouiller et actionner
l'interrupteur de verrouillage/dév. du
dispositif de changement (4-13/27).
REMARQUE
- Le godet est déverrouillé.
- Le témoin de l'interrupteur Tum-
bler est allumé.
- La plaque signalétique se trouve
sur le dos du godet, à droite sous
la traverse (6-1/flèche).
(3) Renverser le dispositif de
changement rapide et le déployer
en marche arrière.
6.1.2 Palettiseur
REMARQUE
Le montage/démontage est réalisé
comme pour le godet standard/
léger (section 6.1.1).
DANGER
- Le dispositif d'empilage est sus-
pendu correctement lorsqu'il est
en contact avec le dispositif de
changement rapide et que les tiges
de piston des vérsins sont bien
visibles (6-4/flèche).
- Déplacer les deux fourches de
même manière vers le milieu
(6-5/1) et les bloquer à l'aide d'axes
décrochables (6-5/1).
- Répartir la charge uniformément
sur les deux fourches et les bloquer
pour les empêcher de se déplacer
ou de tomber.
- Déposer la charge sur le dos de la
fourche et redresser le disp.
Dismounting
(1) Place the bucket firmly on the
ground.
(2) Unlock and activate the toggle
switch for locking/unlocking the
hydraulic quick-change device
(4-13/27).
NOTE
- The bucket is now locked.
- The control lamp of the toggle
switch lights up.
- The type label is on the rear of the
bucket, on the right below the
cross arm (6-1/arrow).
(3) Tip the quick-change device
and drive out in reverse.
6.1.2 Fork-lift attachment
NOTE
Mounting and dismounting are
carried out in the same way as for
the standard/lightweight bucket
(chapter 6.1.1).
DANGER
- The fork-lift attachment is correctly
connected and locked if the fork-lift
attachment is flush with the quick-
change device and the bolts of the
quick-change device cylinder are
clearly visible (6-4/arrow).
- Position both fork tines at an equal
distance from the center (6-5/1)
and lock them with pins.
- Distribute the weight equally on
both fork tines and secure it
against shifting and falling off.
- Rest the load at the rear of the fork
and tilt the fork lift attachment.
